We should do this in Portland/Metro: I'm serious!
Because sometimes people need a hug and have no one to give them one.

I'm pretty serious: on NW 23rd, in Lloyd center, in Van Mall, at Esther Shore Park...anywhere. It could be simple. And amazing.

but i think that the issue in the begining of the video is that no one wants to hug a dirty long hair in a velvet jacket.
